Dealership is nice and clean. Service adviser was nice and did keep me updated on the repairs. However the repairs took 2 weeks. This was after the parts were delivered. Have to return vehicle now because transmission is leaking and vehicle is stalling after being driven. Wasn't doing that before. Only drove it 70 miles after repairs and now it has to be returned.

Finally diagnosed issues with my front left wheel that I have been dealing with for 10k plus miles. Was disappointed that once a failed front bearing was detected on drivers side that the passenger side was not inspected for signs of similar issue. During oil change technician failed to reset service status.

We Just picked up a “ 2025 Explorer” from Mr. Poe & Trevor over the weekend . They are the best in the business they were fantastic people. Ask for Mrs . “Gioa” if you need any warranty help she knows her stuff. Where in South Carolina can you buy a Car in “ one hour ?” …. Dick Smith Ford !!! Cheers J & Sandy Vehicle #2 and we love it !
