There is not enough space to include all of the negative treatment we experienced. Suffice to say, we spent a lot of money to repair /replace entire AC system (2500), and had to return in less than a week for the same problem. They kept the vehicle another 3 days to discover a different problem, and cost of repair 2200. They would not honor the warranty, or admit they missed this the first time around. I had my Company Van towed there because it was closest to where my van caught fire. I had a brand new Ford motor installed in Virginia after my van broke down on I-95. WIth less than 1,000 mile on the new motor it caught fire. Their motor specialtist came to the conclusion the motor was damaged during installation. Apparently an "appointment" is not arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place. instead I scheduled an appointment to have a recall done on my car, only to show up, wait six hours for them to not do anything but get grease in my car and curb one of my tire sidewalls. We had a very good experience when buying our palisade. However, when we returned for our first service, not good at all. We were told that we would be provided with a loaner car when we brought it in. I told the service department that we live out of town and made an appointment for 11am. When we got there, we were told we should have brought it in earlier in the morning and there was no loaner car. They suggested we take it somewhere else and we did. Will not be returning there.

Worst service department in my lifetime experience and I am not young! Waited for an hour( told it would take a few minutes) for a quote to repair/replace broken driver side mirror and was told they couldn’t do it and to take it to a car repair place because it would be cheaper and insurance wouldn’t pay their $160 an hour labor fee! Car went in because the steering column locked up while driving after $600 was told nothing found, less than a week locked up 4-5 more times so we took it back. Surprise issue found this time BUT part could not be gotten....in the almost SIX MONTHS they have had my car. POOR at best communication, no resolve and tried to charge to pick up car since I am making payments when NOTHING has been done.
